Jimmy Galang Cortez - Jim as he is fondly called,

met the Lord Jesus Christ during his college years, then was actively involved in a Christian church until he graduated a civil engineering course. After a thorough consideration he decided and applied to worked fulltime in CEF Cagayan de Oro City in 1991.While Ramelou - Loi as she is fondly called, accepted the Lord during high school time then on she was actively involved in the church, later decided to study in a Bible Institute and successfully finished the course. She worked as fulltime Christian educator. Both were in the same church and was married in 1993 after successfully taken the highest CEF training in Manila. God blessed them with two lovely daughters namely: RJ Ruth Grace 15yrs old who is in her 3rd year high school and Jimelou 12yrs old who is in grade VI.

They first worked in Cagayan de Oro City in 1993 after finishing the highest CEF training course in Manila and helped the worked for five years. In 1998 an open door paved the way for them to moved. Jim accepted the promotion to lead an area, and worked up to the present.
